Final week!

  Next week is the final week, and my roommates call it dead week and black week!

  I will have three final tests next week, and I haven't prepared for them. So I hope the professors give us easier tests! Please!

  And I think the only thing can make me happy in the next two weeks is going back China! I will arrive Shanghai on December 26, I cannot wait the day!

  I really really miss Chinese food and my relatives!

Kowloon reasaurant vs. Hongkong noodles!

  These two Chinese restaurants are in our campus area. I recommend Kowloon, because it is cheaper, and I think the service of Kowloon is much better than Hongkong noodles! And Kowloon have the service of delivery.

Today, I will teach you how to make dumplings.

Materials: beef

               some vegetables

              dumpling pieces(you can buy them in Chinese market or Cub foods)

     Firstly, chop the meat into pieces, then add salt, soy sauce, ginger, scallions. Mix thoroughly the ingredients; add two spoonful of water if necessary.

    You can make dumpling in any shapes but must be attractive!The next step is easy. Put the dumpling into boiling water, when it is ready to be served. Before eating, you need to prepare some small dishes to contain vinegar.

Tea House vs. Little Szechuan!

  Little Szechuan and Tea house both are very famous, but I recommend tea house more! It is really good and has better eating environment for customers. However, tea house is more expensive than other Chinese restaurants. I will post their address, if you want to change a food style, you can try them in the winter holiday, and both of them are good at spicy food, you will feel hot after eating them.

   Today, I will teach you to do the Kungpao Chicken.

   Materials: chicken breast

                  union

                  peanuts

    Firstly, we should fry the peanuts and add some salt. Then pour out to a bowl to make it cool. And then fry the chick breast, add salt, soy, a little suger(just a little), then pour some chill sauce(if you don't like very spicy food, you can pour less), at last, pour the peanuts into the pan and fry them together until you think it is ready for eating. 

   Now, Cub foods and Rainbow sell the Kungpao Chicken Sauce, you can buy it and it will be much easier by using it. You also can buy this sauce when you eat Panda Express.

New moon!

  Which is the most popular and looking for? No doubt, it is New Moon!

  I haven't watched it or read the novels, so in fact I know nothing about it. However, I believe this is a good movie that is worthy introducing, because so many people like it, there are lots of fans of the twilight series.

  This movie is directed by Chris Weitz, the main actor and actress are Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart. New moon is the second book of twilight series. It is about losing true love. They have true love, but they cannot have happy ending.

2012!

     These days, 2012 is very popular around the world, this is a name of a new movie. Mayan is the famous as their culture, Mayan people lived thousands years ago, but they predicted 2012 is the ending of human beings. They said, when the sun of December 21, 2012 go down, the sun of December 22, 2012 will never go up. Do you believe that? However, not just Mayan people made this terrible prediction, people found many evidences that many ancient civilizations around the world supporting this prediction. For example, there is a very famous book in China, its name is "Yi Jing", this book has very long history about thousands years, in this book, the writer also predicted the world will changed in 2012. People should think about it, are these same predictions just a chain of coincidences? 

     However, Hollywood don't care this, they are excited about this prediction, they think a movie about the end of the world must be very very popular and amazing, they have created a example, "the day after tomorrow", I watched this movie three times when I was a senior high school students.

    OK! Let's introduce this expensive movie! Yes, it is really expensive, it costs 200,000,000 dollars! This movie is directed by Roland Emmerich.
